At Puzzlers, we offer shipping on all orders within Egypt. We ship orders ourselves, and most orders are processed within 25 – 35 business days. Expected delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose, but most orders are delivered within 25 – 35 business days. If the shipping process requires lifting, and carrying the furniture to the floors of a building, we are responsible for the safety of the furniture during shipment, up to the second floor. What’s more, it is the responsibility of the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to prepare the road for shipping the furniture to avoid any scratches or errors resulting from uneven roads. Shipping is free to all parts of Cairo and Giza, but an additional cost may be applied in the event that the order will be shipped to unpaved roads, or if the floors are increased to raise the furniture to more than two floors. **Return and Exchange Policy:**
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Puzzlers. If you’ve a problem with the product, we offer free exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at sales@puzzlerseg.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return your item. The replaced item must be in its original condition and packaging. Once we receive your return, we will process the refund or exchange within 30 business days. Please note that shipping fees will be applied for the exchange process. We offer 5 years warranty. in addition, the customer has the right to obtain maintenance on any piece for life, while bearing the costs of any piece that is replaced by another such as: (wood, fabric, etc.) Please note that colours that are displayed on the website are just indicators, And we are not responsible for any mismatch between the colours in reality and the pictures on the online store.
